In a year where O should have a top 3 class in the bag he’s going to finish mid teens. Slip into mediocrity continues.

2. I clearly wasn't the only one that message was conveyed to. The CB's on 24/7 were rolling in steadily

Maybe you know a ton and have connections. Or maybe you read the tea leaves like CB's on 24/7 and you make educated guesses to get out ahead of a story. At this point I'm not sure which it is but I'm started to assume tea leaf reading is more of a possibility than I did before.

It’s got nothing to do with coaches. Saban IS NOT A GOOD COACH. That’s why he FAILED in the NFL. He wins recruiting and THAT is the ONLY reason he wins on the field. If he were actually a good strategical coach he would still be in the NFL where coaching IS what separates teams.

He's a great coach, but it can definitely be argued that he's a better recruiter than coach.

If Saban is so great at coaching, why has he never had an overachieving team? Freaking Leslie Miles won a championship, and he's an idiot coach. He was an olineman, and the weakest link was usually oline (not qb).

If he wants playing time and the NFL in 3 years he will come back to LSU. He can beat out any RB on the LSU roster.

Posted in another thread, but my UGA friends who follow this closely on their pay sites are saying LSU asked Emery not to go to UGA this weekend and it rubbed him the wrong way.

Also asked Tyrion Davis and he listened and stayed home.

Not sure if that's being reported by our side.

Telling someone who isn't even committed to not go somewhere isn't really a smart move

My God...this might well be the dumbest, most ignorant rant I have ever read in my life...

If you've ever followed recruiting, or coaching changes, and start following posters that seem to be "in the know", 99% of the time it's this.

A high school coach in the area said he's really over-hyped and not that special. So I don't think this is a huge loss for LSU.
