Going to South Carolina and UT would hardly make him closer lmao. It would make no sense for him to still he hundreds of miles away to “get closer” to his gf.

If he can make more NIL and have a chance to play for a playoff spot and on a stage that could potentially show him better than the running offenses he’s currently at in Kentucky - all while being closer to his gf - then it’s a no brainer
Columbia is a couple hours from Athens. You have to literally drive through Knoxville from Lexington to get to Georgia

Would love this alongside the DT from Kentucky who went to portal. I was surprised we landed Pickett considering the money that was being thrown around. Pickett I think will start day 1 because he's that good and I guess LSU felt the same way. Guess BK wasn't lying when he said it was time to get dirty so I expect to see some moves in the portal! Not sure what Nuss is going to decide but if they can get him back they need a WR1 in the portal.
