what we've learned over the years about burning WR tape is that most good high school athletes can run by DBs and score on go routes like Mr Green does on his tape. Shelton Sampson comes to mind

that is great, you want WRs to do that. But you look at the tape and try and find how else is he winning? ball skills, high point, run after catch, route running, etc? Not that he cant do those, but he isnt show casing that here.


if you are going to recruit guys that just run by DBs, you look at verified track times. I see a 11.13 100m for Green. Which isn't bad for a high schooler, but you are looking for mid-10's for a guy that will have to run by SEC defensive backs.
