Based on what? We haven't seen Eason play AT LSU yet. As a freshman at Georgetown Leblanc averaged 9 ppg, 7 rpg and 1 block in arguably a better conference than the AAC. Eason averaged 7 ppg, 6 rpg and 1 block this past season. Eason took 29 3 pointers last season...he only made 7. Leblanc only attempted 7 3 pointers in his first year at G'town...but he made 5. Like Eason, Leblanc was on the All-Freshman team. You could argue BOTH were equally good defenders.
Point being we have NO IDEA how Eason's numbers will translate at LSU. That's because the style LSU plays coupled with the likely role they will expect Eason to play will likely be FAR different than the one he played at Cincinnati. Everyone is apparently assuming Wade can just plug him in and he will put up the same level of production he produced at Cincinnati when, in fact, it is probably more reasonable to think he will have a similar type of role/impact as Leblanc at LSU.

Like you said possibly. Nobody signed anything yet. If he hits on these kids we will be one of the top teams in the country. That’s if these kids play up to potential of course. You hit some you miss some.

I loved Leblanc's hustle and think he will be good for us next year. It was hard for bench players to fit into the group of iso players we had last year. With as many new faces coming in, it is hard to predict his role right now, but I hope Leblanc is on the team.
