Anyone else having problems with the video? I tried a few times and its blank with a few seconds of audio the keeps repeating?

Where is Jamal in the video then? I saw this last night and just assumed it was an in home for Paris. Looked like his Mom and Dad sitting there in the living room. Could be wrong..
