That's just it... With his size I think he will be a Williford/Herman Johnson mauler type guard...
Williford + Austin
Some big nasties up front. Who cares about pulling guards

Will also be nice later on with Leonard Fournette if we have two of his big boys. Fournette is one hell of a back, but it's nice running behind guys like Turner and Austin

We are lining up some meat...
Not only Fournette, but our whole stable of backs.

I meant later on once Fournette is a 4* (5* if Bama offers him
) and is a national recruit

WOW if this happens we could potentially have an all black offensive line. The only white kid will be Mettenberger.
Hey what position will Austin play? I am assuming that he will be a Tackle opposite to Collins?

I would go ahead and count Austin in this class since we offered. He said, "LSU was always his favorite school as a kid and closer to home."
Plus is visiting LSU and Houston. Looking at both schools and stadiums. They will pump him up about running through that tunnel. I think he is a lock

Performance: Anchored an offensive line that was playing without LSU commit Trai Turner but still managed to put up 526 yards of offense, including 444 yards on the ground and 52 points in a 52-30 win over McDonogh 35.
Strengths: Austin is massive, but he doesn't have a lot of bad weight for a kid that big. He has a very strong punch in both the run game and pass protection. One-on-one, no opposing defender could match up to Austin's size and athleticism, and he manhandled several defensive linemen throughout the night. Austin was physical, showed a nasty streak and got to the second level very well. It looks as though Austin could be a real steal for the Houston Cougars.
Weaknesses: It will always be a challenge for Austin to keep a good pad level in the run game because of his size, and he needs to polish up his pass blocking. - Barton Simmons

Good call, tank.
I haven't seen film of him, does that write-up seem accurate to everyone?

Austin needs to add more weight and get in better shape, as weird as that may sound. At 6'5", he needs to be around 320 I think
Too late, he's already around 6'7, 355 lbs so I think his weight and size are plenty big enough.

Seriously, Les does need to get an OC that agrees with his philosophy. That is not and cannot be Crowton, IMHO.
