Lafayette is LSU country. Can’t think of one player from Acadiana High that LSU wanted that they couldn’t reel in. So while it’s not set in stone, I’d be very surprised if he doesn’t stay close to home.

I agree Lafayette area HS's have been very good to LSU in recruiting. However, a few studs were missed as they decided to play elsewhere and not stay at home. Adam Bob (Northside HS 1985 -> A&M), Jerry Fontenot (LAF HS 1985 -> A&M), Cedric Figaro (LAF HS 1984 -> Notre Dame), (Javon Walker (STM 2002 -> FSU).

That was fairly common. Once Kevin Faulk stayed home it was a wrap. Javon Walker was a head scratcher, but he had to go to Junior College out of high school anyway.

Dad says he is just letting the process play out, LSU needs to stay on the Mom, that my feelings because this weekend’s decision to not attend LSU spring game was all mom’s doing, Dad said coaches called him and wanted to meet him at spring game and Dom changed his mind on attending to do something else with mom. Stay tuned
