Well let me elaborate more, friend. Top ten showdown, plenty on the line, two established coaches, elite players, and yes, the best atmosphere in college football, overall. Certainly far from odd. You’d want to play in such an environment. Jordan Hare provides a great one themselves but there’s a reason Death Valley is considered THE best environment in college football. Recruits at that game, have mentioned it as well..

have really big time boosters compared to most.
So does Texas. But like Texas, Auburn boosters run the athletic department and that leads to trainwrecks

Well let me elaborate more. I agree that the atmosphere was great for the Bama game, but what other games did the fans show up and stay for 4 quarters? Hell there were people leaving in the second quarter of the Ole Miss game. If you are going to promote our atmosphere for the Bama game then what do you think recruits feel about the atmosphere at the other games.

So we’re losing our best offensive lineman, and our only defensive tackle. Also have Ohio state about to poach one of our better players. This is going great…

Probably 3rd best realistically. Still a good player but not an automatic year one player imo.
Only defensive tackle for now. I highly doubt he was the only one being heavily recruited. LSU will still end up with 1-2 very good high school d tackles then will take another in the portal. It sucks today but by February most people will have already forgotten the name.
Mickens is currently not a take from OSU. He is a backup plan if they miss out on a couple of guys. He is another player that I would love to have but isn’t worth being upset over if he jumps ship.

Well, since they have no coach in play, they either know who the coach will be and not saying, plus money, I mean it’s so obvious!! Lol
Win some, u lose some!! It is what it is

Actually it's worse because they have no coach to speak of and there's less than a month before the early signing period.
Texas 4&7 has no coach to speak of. Auburn doesn't corner the market in that respect.

How the hell is Auburn making waves with any LSU commitment?
