This whole threat is funny as shite
.
Glad to see some sort of angry reaction from Lesticles. I hope that guy is f'n back this year with Lil Wayne's attitude, "i walk around the cluuuub, F*CK EVERYBODY."
I want to physically and mentally smash everybody in our path starting with the last ones to shite on LSU. Let the paramedics sort em out.

Coach (fill in name) is just like any other, they bathe in the same water and it all stinks! Just keep it real and call it for what it truly is about - WINNING. While we're at it, might as well include the hypocritical posturing of the college presidents & the ncaa - "...for the benefit of the student-athlete." - give me a break! When the "student-athlete" gets even a fraction of the money being made off of their sweat/blood or are afforded even half of the mobility that these coaches/administrators exercise for self-appreciating benefit, let me know. Until then, this is just the same shite – and it’s getting old!

Something tells me that 5 years from now I'll be happier we got the kid that led his HS to back-to-back state championships and wanted to be at LSU than the kid who went 13 for 31 while his team got smoked 62-7 in the state semi-finals and didn't have the balls to stand up to his mommy. Rohan 2.0

I really don't understand why most people defend these kids when they are deemed disrespected but don't defend the coaches that are disrespected by the kids. Kiel deserves to hear a criticism. He was completely classless in the way he ended his recruitment. He couldn't pick up the same phone he commited with to call and tell the coaches he wasn't coming? Last I checked Kiel is 18 and a grownup now. He deserved to be criticized. He's probably never been criticized in his life and better get used to it. Les is a much better person and man than Brian Kelly could ever be and Kiel has to deal with him for the next 4 years. Again I guarantee at least one transfer for Kiel. No way he can deal with the pressure of Kelly and the ND fanbase. Glad we learned of his shortcomings before he showed up at LSU.
Also Les was speaking to a LSU fanbase that has been in a bad mood for a month and needed to see their coach show some killer instinct and gruffness. I'm proud of Les. frick PR. It can't get any worse than the pr our own fanbase has dealt us for the last month.

Yep - Kiel & his family deserve it! Miles has been far too gracious. If you give your word, you should stick by it. I hope Miles continues to speak his mind. The next time any recruit gives his verbal, perhaps he'll think twice before he backs out. Keep the fire burning Les!!!!

I don't get it, first everyone hates when fans get on this board criticizing the programs and says it sways away recruits. Here Les Miles calls out a recruit and now the recruits should be held accountable?
Nice

Miles lost keil in the championship game end of story , miles is what killed this recruiting class end of story ,he dropped the ball , stop blaming a 18 year old hell if I was him after seeing how miles handled the qb situation the last 4 games I wouldn't want to play for him either , miles killed this class end of story .....maybe next year people will forget so stop blaming kids
I sure hope this is sarcasm
What bowl game and recent championships have ND won that would matter over LSU playing poorly the MNC game?
People need to stop pointing the finger about that game and throwing out 7 great years under Miles..
Kiel wanted to come to LSU badly...in fact there have been rumors he really regrets not coming...
his mother had an emotional break down as he was packing for LSU and Kiel caved...had nothing to do with the MNC game

Yes! Who gives a sh*t about the people that get on here and criticize the program? They're idiots. Most have never played or coached football. But the answer to your question is yes, these prima donnas should be held accountable by someone. Also, criticizing the program when it may be unjustified is one thing, calling out someone who deserves it, is another.

Posted by peopleschamp As classy as everybody says Miles is (and he takes the high road consistently) this was not a classy move by Les at all. I realize he was likely joking but it's best when you are a coach not to take personal shots at players.
Question. Is ripping a player a new one on the sidelines in front of the whole nation a "personal shot"? Cause I know a few coaches who are considered incredible that do this on a regular basis.

It's just my opinion. I don't speak for anyone else. I don't believe message boards hurt recruiting like some do. I just think when an 18 year old can't pick up the phone and tell the coaches he's had a change of heart then he deserves to be criticized. The part of recruiting and college football that gets left out of these debates is the fact that each of these programs are multi million dollar businesses. People can proclaim amatuerism and education all they want but when it's all boiled down LSU football is a business. A very lucrative one. These kids are the tools for success in the LSU football business. When they tell the coaches they are going to join the business and give their word then at least they should have the balls to pick up the phone and let the coaches know. No matter how these kids are portrayed they are auditioning and choosing a job in essence. If Kiel did that ito an NFL team or a job later in his life he would be criticized and deservedly so. His dream is to play in the NFL and he better learn quickly the right way to go about business. The way he did his decommitment is not how to do that. In all honesty these recruits don't give a damn about what Miles said. As long as it wasn't them they could care less. That's the media and excusemakers way of drumming up attention. Saban crushed 2 kids dreams in the last 2 weeks and it will not effect him one bit. Miles did it to Porter 3 years ago and not one kid has not come to LSU because of it. It's just a bs excuse. I'm proud of Les Miles for showing our fans that he isn't playing nice anymore. Isn't that what we've all been asking for the last month? We want him to be more like Saban correct? This was step 1.

I talked to a business partner of the kiehl family and gunners car was packed and ready to go, they looked at mapquest and when they realized how far it was the mom said she wouldn't allow him to go. Like baton rouge all of a sudden got farther away since his visit during the Arkansas game? I will root against this kid every step of the way and when we're in Miami lifting the nc trophy I will have a sign that says Landon and gunner you chose poorly!

if kiel and his family think miles comments were bad, wait til they see how kelly acts when/if he has a bad game....

I don't agree with doing that stuff publicly, but if the kid didn't have it....then oh well. Liggins won two straight State titles.
