I'm talking about going to Texas and getting multiple "ELITE" plsyers every year. FLA,ALA,UGA,OSU,CLEMSON do not come to TX to get marginal four star players they come to get top 100 players and up
like Terrance Toliver, Russell Shepard, Michael Brockers, Ron Brooks, Ka’Lavon Chasson, Grant Delpit etc….. tigers have been doing this.

Nah man you don’t understand LSU roster needs to be completely Texas players more specifically DFW players so we can recruit like Clemson, Ohio State, Texas, Oklahoma, and A&M even though we have more national championships than all of them this millennium.

I know. He thinks Texas is the only way to a championship. We currently have elite Texas talent on the team and we recruit very well nationally. This year Zalance Heard was our highest rated recruit. The next 8 highest were from out of state.

Many of the Texas high schools have nice facilities. Indoor aquatics, indoor practice facilities, artificial turf, etc. That’s Tx Independent School Districts.

If you know LSU’s history, you’d know, we only average around 3-4 Texas players a year. In the early 90’s, when we had a number of Texas college, players, coaches and graduates on the coaching staff. We still only signed 3-4 players a year. I still keep up with a number of coaches from that era, a few are still coaching, many, their sons are coaching.

We will always have the Louisiana kids. Florida, Ga, Mississippi and Bama are the other states we’ve used to finish off a class.
