I could see 1 of him or Fowler starting immediately along with Thornton who I am really high on. Our LB depth is poo and Riley is likely our best experienced LB next year,
. Just think if we had Tim Williams and Kenny Young right now. Along with with the entire starting DL returning, LSU would have had an elite front 7.

Williams would've been a DE. Still wouldve started there for us this past year any way. Bama just took so many of the top flight front 7 talent the past few years, they have a lot more talent up front than anyone, not just LSU. But agreed on Kenny Young. Would be nice to have him for next year, and it would've been nice if Clifton Garrett was what we thought he would be. That would help a ton too.
If Beckwith stays we will be fine at LBer and poised for a title run on the defensive end. But if he leaves man we are on thin ice there. Heavy reliance on freshman

If he leaves our only hope would be that our incoming linebackers can play like trev faulk and Bradie james did as true freshmens. They were beast modes.

Yes, it is truly lame and I hope for his sake, when Moses signs with Bama, he turns out to be as good as advertised because if he doesn't, he will hear even more 'chatter' on the web.
