Was opposite Pooka tonight! Had to have over 200 himself. I hear he is Texas Tech commit. Why not LSU??? Looks like a smaller Darrell Williams!

The kid is a bruiser, an absolute downhill runner. He impressed me both times he’s played Hahnville in these last 2 seasons.

Brumfield looked good, speed didn't look the greatest but the guy carried the ball every play and the defense knew it and he was still able to thump defenders.

Tulane need to jump on him, they losing 2 good backs themselves that will probably play in the NFL in Badie and Hilliard. But LSU really is limited with RB's, next season will be even more of a loaded gun for them.

That's the hang up. Has been caught from behind. Good kid though.

Doesn’t have breakaway speed

D. Williams doesn’t have breakaway speed either. Hell, Guice gets caught from behind as well. This whole argument doesn’t compute for me. If you guys are all correct and he isn’t worth looking at, then why has Alabama been to two of his games? FWIW, LSU must listen to the rant because we haven’t had a soul scope him out. It’s ashamed because he can play. It will be our loss imho.

I just saw D. Williams get caught from behind on a 55 yard gain - I suppose we should dismiss him from the team and revoke his scholarship.

Yes he is. But it’s negligible. We are talking a 4.63 and a 4.67. My point still stands, Williams was caught from behind. If that is the standard, then let’s recruit nothing but track guys. FWIW, I think we should recruit Pooka as well. Que the he is too small posts.
