He signed with Alabama...they insist that they get the #1 ranked RB nearly every cycle.
Watch the rankings hikes a bunch of their guys are about to get...shite happens every single year. These rankings services are just another recruiting tool for them.

I don't think this says a whole lot, though...Sanders was always going to bama.
Honestly, I don't know who should be ranked higher, but Sanders didn't look very good in the AAB a week ago. And I'll be shocked if he drops because of it.

I'm curious as to how Kendall McCallum will finish. The way he performed at the Ala versus Miss all star practices and game there's no reason he shouldn't get a 4th star. Also, Charles Turner played decent in the Army game. He had a bad snap and missed a block, but he held his own most of the game. I think he should be a low 4 star. Marcel Brooks should get a 5th star as well. I've never really put a lot of faith into these recruiting services, they are more about popularity than just watching film of players and evaluating. The more offers from big schools the higher they rate a player instead of personal evaluation. And there's a lot of players that get overrated and a lot that get underrated. IMO Turner, McCallum and Brooks are underrated. I think Joseph Evans and Thomas Perry are both underrated but I don't think they had an opportunity in any all star games to get anymore recognition that would get them higher ratings.

I would have even less faith in them if your suggestions were implemented.
Charles Turner, by all accounts I read, is more likely to drop to a two star.

Im not sure whi should be the top back either but Sanders is considered freakish and that hikds a lot of water with evaluators. He didnt do well in the game but he was very good in practices. Emery didnt show to give them a choice.

No. Both are ranked quite a few spots lower on 247.
