Link is a video off the Extreme Fitness public video site, it works but maybe have to be logged into Facebook to view. I re-linked just in case to help. Have you tried the Smith machine yet, I know you probably use the free barbell, but it looks like her form is tighter with the Smith equipment.

It is great for developing the Butt muscle, and is fun to watch too!

Lets be real, this team was very talented, but despite the assistant coaches best efforts, we have progressively looked under coached, and not fully prepared and/or motivated in the tournament. This is why your Head Coach matters!!! This historic lost opportunity is on the Administration's handling of the coaching situation .... Funny that a less talented Auburn team looks to move past us in the tournament, and they never asked their Head Coach to come to a forced meeting with the NCAA, nor ever considered suspending their Coach. So if you want a good coaching situation, you better be careful to choose your AD wisely in the future!

Really nice guy... but not always the most willing to make tough coach hires and fires when the objective circumstances require same for the betterment of the team. So probably not a great fit for the job

Wait, so are we thinking the trade is Saban gets Rodney a scholarship to another Power Five conference school (Oregon) by Cristobal granting a favor to his mentor by using an available spot in his class, and Ish then goes to Bama, with the understanding that "down the line" if Rodney develops (albeit in a weaker defense conference), then the midget picks him up later?
