I bet he really is regretting going to Florida about now. I would not be surprised if he transferred to LSU.

Very wishful thinking. Dude is coming off a medical redshirt, do you think he wants to come to LSU and sit out another year, then graduate at 24?

Florida would probably put restrictions on who he could transfer to anyway. Not every coach or program is as honest and thoughtful as Les is.

I don't think it's incredibly out of the question. I'd say it's probably no higher than 10% chance but when you consider that the head coach and offensive coordinator who recruited him are now gone. In addition, the position coach who recruited him is now at the school that he almost committed to. Again I wouldn't say it's likely but it's possible.

Wouldnt he have to sit out 2 years for transferring to an SEC school?

That said, it won't happen.

Is there an extra penalty for transferring SEC to SEC? I believe if you transfer from inside the Big 10 you cant get on scholarship.

No as long as it is allowed by the Head Coach and University.

For example, Phelon Jones, Signed with LSU, is now at Bama on a scholarship.

Again though it won't happen
