I have no idea if we have a shot, but I could invent a plausible explanation of why he cancelled our visit and is still considering LSU.
I would be very easy for Miles, who had coordinated this visit with his parents to make sure they were on board, to have contacted the family, informed them of the DC transition, and suggested that they reschedule in a couple of weeks so that they could meet the DC that is hired.
