Saw he was a Louisiana kid who currently lives in Katy, Texas. Checked out a couple videos of him and he was dominating the competition. Any word on if we’re still recruiting him? The below video, Coach O was coaching him up. I was def impressed from the videos. Was 5-6A defensive MVP in Texas as well. Any info?

Don’t think we made his top schools list. Gonna be a Texas bidding war. But what do I know

He’s a beast, remember him looking better than Wiggins at last years camp. I’m not sure how hard LSU recruited him but most think it’s aggies or OU. Aggies had the edge early on but he’s been trending OU the past few months.

OU putting together a really nice class, they are trying to flip Yaites from LSU and Bowen from Notre Dame too.

He was Fong'd to OU on 8/31. Seems all OU at this point.

LSU wasn't in this one unfortunately. He wants to stay close to home and LSU is just a little bit out of that range.

Ou is looking nice with gabriel at qb.

That offense is humming.

Venables and the d is looking like the real deal.

Damn, I guess we can’t get them all. I want them all but understand lol. I just hate seeing Louisiana kids ball out for another state.

I can see College Station being closer, but Norman is much farther than Baton Rouge.

I agree we can't win them all. If Hicks says he wants to stay closer to home, then OU should be the odd team out.
Katy --> Norman is 450 miles and 7 hrs. Katy --> BR is 300 miles and 4.5 hrs. Hicks has obviously bought into what OU is telling him.

Not doubting you but geographically that just doesn’t make sense. I grew up and in Katy. It’s 4.5 hours to Baton Rouge and over 6 to Norman.
