He didn’t commit to them on his visit, which is what we most needed to avoid.
Still like DL to LSU, but just my gut feel.
He will be at LSU for OV on Wednesday-Thursday, this week!!

Normally I roll my eyes at comments like these, but this particular situation looks off when you see how many TEs they are currently slated to have on the roster next year. Bama’s sudden interest in Lewis looks pretty strange in that context.

Bama wasn’t after him until one of the TE’s committed flipped to Miami on NSD and everyone else signed. I’m sure he’s just doing it to keep him away from LSU though
