Common quality for the BK era - no drama

It would but don’t count on it.
Every year for decades we get hyped over a player(s) that signs at another school.
Have zero expectations for him or Harris. BK just said we need more DBs (as well as DL - what about LB) and that might be telling us that neither is headed to BR.
If he signs with us, great but consider that extra icing on the cake.

Even if we land Harris and Ricks, you still need to bring in some db’s with experience. We’re bare bones at the cornerback position, and no matter how talented they are, you can’t go all in on having freshmen starting at both corner spots. If for no other reason, you still need depth in that room. I still think you make a run at a quality safety as well from the portal.

Yeah but there’s still time. There will be some good players enter after the bowls.

It also helps when you don’t count your chickens before they hatch. You can be optimistic. But when you flat out say something is happening and it doesn’t you will always look uninformed or played. Which is never a good look for the leader of your program.
