He'll see the 20,000 empties at kick and 50,000 after half and there goes that hope.

Did you see the crowd at Texas over the weekend? Really big selling point too.

With triple digit temperatures and cupcake matchups all over, most stadiums I saw last weekend were very empty in the 2nd half. This is not exclusive to LSU.

I just see it as he likes LSU but not more than Texas and there are worse places to spend a weekend than Baton Rouge hobknobbing with Livvy and Angel. That way I don't think there's more to it than it is.

Like when my ex broke up with her boyfriend and called me asking me to come over. I didn't expect anything, so I was pleasantly surprised later that evening.

Only difference here is he's still dating Texas.

Not getting my hopes up but a guy on the on3 Boards mentioned Simmons might still be thinking about LSU

Good for him, hope he has a great time. See you when you’re in burnt Orange.

Texas reporting that he won't. Appears they may have done enough to stop him from visiting.

Texas did pick up a 4 star Edge yesterday. Sure that has zero to do with it though.

Is there anyway Texas can get absolutely demolished and embarrassed this weekend without Alabama winning? Asking for a friend

From a recruiting stand point, you 100% root for Bama this weekend.

It wouldn't matter if they somehow went 6-6 this year, Bama will always have great recruiting classes as long as Saban is there.

What we don't want is Texas to start trending up and have kids thinking they're a contender as well.

Agree. NEVER!!! You think the Gumps are happy at the NIL efforts of BEVO and FAGGIES. F No. Let them call the NCAA and have Saban go back up to DC as he did this summer. Just get the popcorn and watch from the side as they fight!!!

I can't wait this week to see the brawls happening right now in Tuscalooser with Gumps and BEVOs.

Texas winning or not isn’t going to change alot of these battles. They will pay whatever it takes to get Simmons on campus, it’s time to move on.

The freshman Anthony Hill who had a great game for Texas against Bama will help Texas with the last of the highly rated players this year. Texas is doing what they promise all these big time recruits. Giving them their opportunity on the biggest stage. Hill playing his arse off only makes it better.

I remember when our fans would say, "why would a recruit choose Texas over us" and "Sarkisian won't be there in a couple years "

Looks like they are turning the corner and have more money than us
