Mike Detillier says Anthony Johnson is the best DL he has ever seen at this point in his career.

a few observations from the scrimmages at zachary this past weekend over the 13 and 14:

corey white from capitol was absent.. apparently he was out of town
hill- broke off two long runs.. one appeared to be around 80 from where i was. he was a man amongst boys against st. michael and actually surprised me w/ his speed.. Looks like a SEC hb already
collins- first time seeing in person.. played as good as he needed to against caliber of players he was lined up against.. scary good and looks like he still has more untapped potential

update on white.. watched some of their jamboree last night against tara.. surprised me to see he was not on the OL and was lined up at dt.. this really perplexed me.. didnt really have a good view bc i had the players in front of me but i'm curious why he wasn't on the OL

met La'El Collins during a coaching clinic this past weekend. I know we want them to be bigger, faster, stronger but I was impressed with how personable he was.

Please add this video to Freak's profile. I found it on ESPN. One thing I discovered is that the dude can still play in sloppy weather conditions.

I watched Dalton Botts punting. He boomed several that went almost 65 yards in the air. Not sure about hang time. But this guy could be a nice weapon because he's also a QB. Good for a few fakes.

I was wondering if possibly Jacob Hester has anything to do with the Rivers committment since Philip Rivers is his QB at San Diego? Hmmm---maybe. We all know how much Hester loves LSU. I'm thinking he told Philip that "hey, let me talk to your little brother over there in Alabama. Man, LSU is so GREAT, etc etc etc........I would assume that LSU will "redshirt" Rivers when he gets to LSU. Agree?
