Yeah, I'm from Prattville so I watched all their home games and a few playoff games including the state championship.

Prattville has given the 6A teams down here in Mobile fits every year they have played each other. (Foley,Mcgill,Davidson)

Yeah, Prattville has built a powerhouse, but we are losing a lot of athletes so I'd be surprised to see us go to the championship next year

I did not catch the state championship from this year but I heard that Hoover got alot of calls their way in that game.

It was horrible officiating. It was a 14 point swing

Yea I know how bad the officiating can be. I graduated from Vigor High School and once my school travels to play somebody up north you see a whole other side of officiating. Could not believe some of the calls made.

LINK
here's a player not too many people outside of the baton rouge/ul-lafayette area have even heard of for class of 2010.
Corey Schmidt-OG-Catholic High School
2009 All-Metro and 1st-team All-District 5-5A in first year as a starter.
Heres something not too many are gonna believe: he's been named to play in the Max Emfinger All-American Bowl. I am not joking

Vigor beat Prattville out of the playoffs about 6 years back. Some good teams have gone through there

You hurt his head, but mainly his feelings. Once Ty got hurt,Coach Clark knew we were done. He didn't say a word at halftime. All the the coaches just sat there in silence

Isn't it crazy how much the football teams are different from all over the state? Alabama is one of the best in high school football

Yeah, we've got some good coaches in this state, but from watching Prattville play out of state the past couple years, we don't possess nearly as much speed as I would've thought

Defensive Back probably, especially if we get Fulton on Saturday. We needed db's this year with so many graduating. What about LSU

I agree with this...had a chance to see Jarrick Williams and Miliner. Really great athletes.

That Jalston Fowler kid is gonna be a great one for yall

From looking at our list, probably D-line is the strongest.

Yeah, I'm excited about our Db's. Perry, Milliner, Williams, Belue, and possibly Fulton would be a helluva class. They just need to be mentally ready for the challenges of college football. I'm also pumped about Fowler, he looks like a physical freak. Will he be a rb or a fullback type player?

He played both when I went to high school with him. He is a threat to bust a run up the gut or catch a pass out of the backfield. Even for his thick build, he had incredible leap ability. So he could maybe even line up at slot and be a mismatch for a LB.

Check out this video....

Since you went to school with him, is he a good kid?

Yea he really is. He is very humble about everything he does. Sure hes a young adult and acts retarded but overall he is a great guy. Never got in trouble while in school.

Another good one from this area who is in the 2011 class is Marvin Shinn. 6'4 WR...supposedly runs a 4.4
