Just heard on ESPN Sports Arkansas that Cahvis is rumored to be going to Arkansas as DC.
Someone doing commentary siad in every game they played against Chavis they had no problem scoring a ton of points....some are not liking the hire...if infact it goes through.

Another SEC program that will witness the legacy that is 3rd and chavis...if arky can even get teams to 3rd down lol. He will fail there for sure. Unless he has superior talent like he had at LSU and at UT in his stint there, he simply doesn't do well at all.

I don’t think Chavis is actually a real person. I think it’s just a name that college football programs use when they can’t find a decent defensive coordinator. John Chavis is like the John Doe of assistant coaches!
