not unheard of for a player to have a plan both ways most just don't go public. JUCO's have to wrap up a signing class too so he's just basically letting them know he's theirs if he doesn't qualify. Doesn't mean he'll end up there

Thats not a done deal yet, he double signed with a JUCO and Auburn. The JUCO is obviously a backup plan. You can do this becuase JUCO isn't under the NCAA, rather the NJCAA, so you can sign in both places.
