Nope, I pressed the post reply button and you happened to be the post before mine. I usually don't comment to people whining.

Don't let the computer fool you... My comment would not even make sense in regards to your bitching.

If I am talking to you I will let you know with a quote like I always do.

These unfortunate and earth shattering responses should be directed at the person who started the thread if it really means that much to you. Connect the dots.

Because Catholic High is afraid to play them. They're afraid to lose to a 3A team and take the RPI hit.

yea thats right. they're afraid. if that is what you think and helps you sleep an nite, more power to you.

bottom line is that CHS does not gain anything playing parkview. win or lose they gain nothing. parkview is good but CHS plays in the largest district with the best players in the state. one of the best overall athletic schools not to mention one of or the best academic institutions in louisiana is not afraid of anyone, especially parkview. what happened? couldn't get in CHS?

Wrong, Parkview always plays a couple of 5-A teams every year. This year they played Dutchtown loss by a touchdown(they had 7 turnovers), and they beat Acadia. I know for a FACT Catholic has turn down the offer to play Parkview ALOT OF YEARS.

Love how Parkview fans mention the turnovers in their lost to Dutchtown, but never mention the turnovers Acadiana had in their lost to Parkview.

The evidence is laughable, but the conclusion is correct - much like there's no reason for LSU to schedule TCU or Boise State, Catholic won't schedule LSU. Parkview's legit, so why schedule a legit 3A team? It's not being 'scared' or anything - it's playing your cards right. There's no reason to play a strong opponent from a perceived-to-be-weaker class, because if you win you're expected to win and if you lose, lol, you just lost to a weak class.

*note the perceived-to-be part; I'm not pulling the holier-than-thou "we're CHS from 5A and we're better than you" like the guy you quoted

More like LSU not wanting to schedule Southern from the SWAC.

Guillot would kick Weiners arse, he won't play Guillot they went to Pensacola this year rather than play Parkview. Catholic does a little with a lot, almost had a Heisman trophy winner (Dunn) and still did not come close to winning a State Championship

WRONG.

Just look at this year. This team sucked and somehow made it to semi-finals. I went and played there. We are hardly ever the biggest or most athletic. It is completely opposite of that.

Wrong again. They made it and lost in state champ. game. You pretty much know nothing, and made yourself look like a jackass

and CHS beat a top 10 5-A school in Florida. That is a better accomplishment than beating 3-A Parkview any day.

I know, Acadiana should have rolled over Parkview, I'm tired of people always asking these questions. Like this year SCC beat East St John and afterwards everyone from SCC thought they could beat anybody in 5A, yall need to worry about how you win district first.

Parkview doesn't like to lose. Why would they play CHS if they don't like to lose?

This is so dumb. Catholic would have nothing to gain and everything to lose. As for Parkview not being able to compete, c'mon Catholic fans you know that isn't true.
