MoUs are sufficient, which do not require a BoS meeting. Hell apparently Taggart was coaching under only the MoU and hadn't even signed the full contract.

If he doesn't have a contract, then I guess there are no restrictions on contact...

Im a member on 247 and he doesn't get his stuff from there. The writers over there have even admitted he has good info

What does it matter? Has that insider(I know who it is) complained? Are you that insider? If not Why do you care? The info gets out anyway. Vol is a conduit just like every other insider known to man. The info is what matters not where it comes from as long as it's legit. If not then you get what you get. It's pretty fricked up that there's more talk on this board about a poster giving info than the actual info itself. Seems assbackwards to me.

Was simply pointing it out to the poster who inquired.
But like I've mentioned before, I couldn't care less if he brings info here from a paysite. Just don't act like you're some super insider. At least admit you're ripping the dude's info.
