Can anyone explain why the top rated ILB isn't a 5*?

There is four main recruiting services and they don't agree on the 5 star players except for 35-50% of them.

Rivals - #29 overall / #2 ILB
ESPN - #141 overall (WTF?) / #3 Ilb
24/7 - #62 overall / #1 Ilb
Ironically ESPN doesn't show LSU on his school list. Guess they really do hate LSU...am i doing it right?

ILB are being phased out of football. They don't register on these lists like it used to
