Can any of these young OL signees play defense?

Usually guys switch going the other way (D to O), but it has certainly happened. We need big strong bodies with good feets.
Any chance Fitzgerald West gets moved to DT?

There’s been some chatter about taking a transfer center, if that happens then I think you could see West moved to DT.

I have to believe West will be a dt now. Got moved over some during the season. Martinez did well in game he played. And i think mubenga (sp?) is going to get a look at center. And still possibly adding a portal center if iota is believed.

West might be a DT.
They're going to take somebody else either from the portal or in the February signing period.
Watch out for Kyran Bourda from St. Augustine. He's 6-3 and 305 and he fits to some extent what we need at nose guard. Plays very heavy and pushes the line of scrimmage back.
Nebraska, Colorado and Ole Miss are on him now but he's waiting on the LSU offer.

As long as we hold onto both Turner and Martinez or get another C from the portal, West will likely be moved to defense full-time.
