All the services are saying Bama, for all of them to be fooled just doesn't make sense. LSU went into crisis mode when the news of him announcing his impending verbal commitment was announced. His boy "Sims" that he is extremely tight with and they have both acknowledged they want to play together in college committed to Bama 10 days ago. Bakari Guice "one of his handlers and the coach who was suspending for a year from coaching for taking CRob to Bama last year" is on Bama's summer staff. Information from other boards and this board also that his family is now for the most part telling the coaches at LSU that the decision has been made to back off. The pieces of the puzzle just doesn't look like it is going to spell LSU.

I want CRob to where purple & gold, but looking at this from just an analytical sense. All the signs just say he is going out of state to the Gumps unfortunately. If that is the case, all he will be to me is Tiga-bait.

If his heart is not here then so be it. Days of me getting upset over losing recruits are gone. To many other very good players out there that dream and want to come here.

Oh come on. He should have been a Tiger commitment a LONG TIME AGO. Being an OL at LSU is every bit as good as being one at Alabama, and helping your home state win a championship should mean more to the little prima donna, especially when people of his home state have helped HIM so much. Then again, I'm not privy to inducement information, such as gifts and promises of gifts, so maybe he has an excuse.

His weekend tweet about being "far from a Bama lock" is a slap. I don't like Cameron Robinson.

All the services were saying LSU for Craig Victor, they got fooled by Victor's family intentionally leaking false info to drum up anticipation.

As a Bama fan, I don't know about anyone else but I don't plan on watching his announcement either.
Whether he rolls with Bama or goes to LSU, I wish CRob nothing but the best.
Like some of you said, just because a player grows up in your state doesn't mean he has to stay in state.
Sometimes a player wants to get away from distractions, blaze his or her own path.
Even though everyone is pretty much conceding him to Bama, it wouldn't shock me if he chose to stay home.

Maybe thats why he's choosing the Gumps over LSU??? The Gumps oline is horrible. He knows he can start. He might have to actually compete for a spot at LSU?

Well, La'El is gone after this year, so he would just be able to slide in at LT next season.

I absolutely hate bama, but you'd be a fool to believe that their offense won't improve as the season goes along. However, if it doesn't we are definitely gonna taste those yummy Tuscaloosa tears again.

Yeah the trolling is a complete turnoff.

After Saturday win and so much excitement surrounding the program I am like do what you want. Top o lineman in the nations saw what our o line did and it was very impressive. On top of that our precious top o line recruit won a national award. He had to take notice and it may even caused him to think a little bit. But with all that said. We will be fine with or without him.

This team and program seems less entertainment and more business like. Like the media and games don't matter as much now we want to win and prove something.

Cam either your tiger or your tiger bait. You know the rules here in Louisiana!!!

Nothing that any recruit does can kill my high on LSU Football right now.. I'm optimistic about our program no matter who wants to share in the glory with us or not. Like has been said 20 million times, I hope for the best for all recruits, except when they play us... tiger bait.

Yep, a good recruiter can spin it either way. Not hard to say "look how good we are" or "look how bad we need you."

Plus they will definitely get better as the season goes on.
