What are you considering "welcoming back"? Throw him a parade? Probably not. Will he be harassed the rest of his life because he decided to go to FSU? If he beats us in the NC game, there will be a lot more poor-mouthing our coaching staff about "missing" on him (which started happening after his first spring game at FSU) than bad mouthing Winston for choosing FSU.

I completely agree with you. What is the hurdle from making this just an LSU BOARD? Seems logical. Go to the Sec boards if somebody wants to chat with the other teams fans. Pretty simple solution. Apparently several have volunteered to be admins sooooooooooooooooo?

Don't forget that we share the state with a hated rival. He would be the ultimate hero to about 40% of the state if that happened. But I maintain that even if that happened he wouldn't be "hated" by Bama fans. We'd be a whole lot more upset with our coaches for missing on him than at him for beating us.

Nobody here's trying to convince you that recruits should go to Bama. I'm simply pointing out that CRob isn't "stupid for choosing Bama".
He can't make a bad decision here. Both programs are top notch, and I imagine he'll be successful wherever he lands.

Yea, Monroe is an LSU town. They going beserk if he chooses LSU! IF Ala not much. like ok and thats good and good luck. Either school is great and could win natty and has but LSU is home.
