To be fair, it also sounds like he has an existing relationship with Mcmahon from that quote. But I also assumed us offering Ousmane meant we had missed out on Mack

I think it officially sailed the moment Baker committed to transfer here.
Cook, (assuming he is eligible) is your starting PG. Hayes is a combo guard that can handle both guard spots, but doesn't necessarily excel at either. With the news that LSU is entertaining guys like the Santa Clara transfer, Syracuse transfer and Ole Miss transfer (sorry, I can't recall names at the moment), it is apparent LSU is interested in remaking the backcourt.
