Still weird though. He knows you're a LSU fan so he knows you wouldn't be happy about it. And I doubt someone that close to Cam's recruitment would make it that obvious. I've got a feeling Bama might be getting the same treatment we got with Craig Victor. Someone might have leaked false info to the media to drum up anticipation.

Do you think he pushed back the date so he could see how the offense plays on Saturday? I do think he is leaning toward Bama, but I am trying to be optimistic.

I think he's still torn. If Red's info is true about the events over the last few days, than momentum might be swinging back toward LSU. I don't buy the line about Cam pushing the date back to accommodate ESPNU. ESPNU could have shown it tomorrow without a problem. We just have to hope that Mrs.Robinson is able to convince her baby that LSU is the place for her.

Shawn. I've been trying to get something out of him for a while. Earlier this week I tried by saying that I was sorry to hear Cam is leaving the state. He said that Cam had worked hard and deserved to make his own decision on where to play...that he had to live the next 3-5 years there. Never said he actually WAS leaving the state, but didn't say he WASN't either.
This evening I said now I'm hearing we may still have a shot and I hoped he stayed home and became a LA Legend. That's when he said " Nah! : )"

Still doesn't make sense. Why would he ruin Cam's announcement by telling people one of the two schools in consideration has no shot? Takes a way all suspense and eliminates the need for an announcement at all. And the smiley face is still confusing as shite.

Desperation is truly ugly. Let it go. LSU is good enough for anybody... it was good enough for Landon Collins and it's good enough for Cameron Robinson. If he wants to leave the state, let him go. He won't be missed.

Dude pushed up his announcement, he knows exactly where he's going and it doesn't look good for LSU. I hate it when f'ing recruits play a school when they have no intentions of going there, absolutely classless. I agree a kid is entitled to go where his heart leads him but don't fricking play another university, thats' BS!
