Koht and jojo earle really hurt.
Yes. It hurts to lose 2 top 50 players to Saban but O turned around and landed 2 top 150 players fo replace them.

They wanted thomas and earle.
You’re right they did and unfortunately the kids flipped at the last minute.

That doesn’t negate the fact that we signed 3 of the top 13 WR in the entire country.

Bama is a machine and they’re killing it every year. Saban is the greatest coach of all time and the best recruiter this world has ever seen.

And O is on his arse and has proven to be one of the best 3-5 recruiters walking this planet.

Our classes have been stacked but yes they could be better. It’s a lot damn better than being Auburn, Florida, Tennessee, Texas, Michigan, Ole Miss, Florida State, Miami Arkansas, USC, Penn State and so on.

I’m not a fan of the guys who say we can’t finish strong when we finish strong every damn year

I agree with you. I have absolutely no problem with the class. Finally stacking up on some much needed O-lineman. Product on the field will be the most important aspect of keeping this class together, in my opinion

Koht will prove to be a bigger loss than JoJo.

Agreed. Oline was piss poor and the coach was replaced.

You act like o replaced the coach on his own.

If he even plays.

Will Anderson is a monster and has a spot locked down the next 2 years. Chris Allen is going into his sr year and will start opposite.

They also signed Dallas Turner the #5 player in the country

He’s going to play. Maybe not a ton this year, but he’s too good ride the pine. Saban wouldn’t have pursued him like he did for no reason.

Was o going to replace cregg?

No he wasn't. He was forced to.

Does that not make anyone else uneasy?

Maybe

He’s a 215 pound edge rusher.

He pursued the bell out of Ben Davis and Ish Soapher- how’d that work out?

How much did BJ Ojulari weigh as a senior in high school? I thought he was somewhere around that weight as well. 2 years ago Marcel Brooks was a very effective edge rusher got us and we probably didn't even weigh 215 as a freshman in college.

Same thing. Bj put on like 20 pounds of muscle really quickly.

Koht is going to be a problem in a year or two. Doubt he plays at bama this year

They don't need him.

I don't care what anyone says earle is a huge loss too.

BJ will go higher than Azeez when his time comes in the draft. All my UGA friends are literally floored and pissed he didn't make it to uga. Azeez had a great last 2 yrs but BJ ceiling is much higher

We had 5 really good wr’s signed in this last class. 3 of the top 13 and two very underrated wrs in Nabors and Bech. I think we will be fine.

Lol did you just respond to yourself panicking about an Oline coach that’s no longer here the day after receiving another Oline commitment?

You’re the exact chicken little I was taking about.

Keep crying and bitching and O will keep stacking top 3 classes.

Agreed. It's hard to start as a true freshman in the sec, especially at end.

So did coach o.

All I'm saying is coach o wasn't going to fire cregg. I don't see how that sits well with some of you.

So you were happy with a top 3 recruiting class with 2 o-linemen?

Please fill us in. I don't know the back story.
Are you ChalkyWhite because your skin is chalky white or maybe in homage to the Chalky White character in "Boardwalk Empire" by any chance?
EDIT: Those are both honest questions.
Recruiting violations came to light - right before an OL camp and big visits, fortunately - so SW said you gotta fire him, now!? Was SW and TAF or someone wanting him fired before this came out and O wouldn't do it?

We finished with the #3 class in the country and closed with

5* Masson Smith
4* Brian Thomas Jr
4* Bryce Langston
4* Armani Goodwin
4* Damarius Magee
4* Malik Neighbors

Then saved 2 slots and landed 4* Major Burns and the top coverage LB in college football transfer portal that’s projected to start for us and bed a day 1 or 2 pick in the draft.

Lol what else do y’all want?

Some want every offensive play to be a 99 yard touchdown and every defensive play to be a sack-safety with the death of the opposing QB.

Reasonable right?
