He has all the potential in the world. There's no way he was "meh" because their defensive coaches suck, their supporting cast of players sucked, and their defense gets 2 seconds of rest between the 300 series per game they have to play due to their gimmicky high school offense or anything

We just don't know. That defense is so bad, no player can stand out, especially a space eating NT. He has the size, strength, and work ethic to be really good.

Besides zach thomas, has Texas tech ever put a defensive player in the league? Props to the kid for knowing he wasn't going to reach his potential there and going elsewhere

I've got a good friend who's a TT fan and he says we got their best O and D player and they are not "meh". I trust his opinion. Dude is very subjective and honest. I look forward to these guys.
