Miami 48....USC 46....Texas 41....LSU 38...Ohio State 36....Georgia 35
Also, saw a ranking of alltime wins. LSU is #12 with 733 wins. They also had LSU losses as 400.

Old numbers
LSU has more than 38. Once the seasons starts they should have 45-50 players in the NFL

Some quotes from Harris after the visit:
I still think he's LSU. I'm fine with him or Sean White, who is also visiting us today and could get an offer
quote:
“I didn’t want to see the facilities, I wanted to get here and talk to him. When you‘ve got a head coach that’s an offensive guy, that goes a long way with me.”
quote:
“I could care less if I stay in-state,” he said. “I’m going to make my decision based on what’s going to help me and benefit me in the long run and make it to the NFL. I want to be an NFL quarterback one day. If I told you I didn’t, I’d be lying to you.
“I want to to be a Top 10 pick. If I told you I didn’t, I’d be lying to you. I want to win a Heisman. Those are goals that I want to do. I don’t want to come here just to come here. I want to make it special.”
quote:
“We’re trying to go somewhere and make our own mark rather than go somewhere that has already been established,” Harris said. “If we can go and fix a program that’s what I look forward to doing.
“I want to put my own mark on an epic story. That’s what I’m trying to do is tell my story from not having any offers to being one of the highest recruited quarterbacks. I want to be a guy that can come in a build a program up. You may say I’m crazy, but I want my own deal. I don’t want to go into a situation that is already fixed. I want to bring a program up.”

I don't think so. I found another site that had 2008 listed and LSU did have 50. By 2011, LSU was down to 41. Texas is another team that peaked and had the lead for awhile but have dropped off from leader to 3rd place. Anyway, unless all these links are wrong, LSU doesn't have 45 to 50 anymore as they once did.

And I get flamed for passing along info from his cousin. Those quotes come from Harris himself.

I can appreciate his honesty...I dont think Auburn is his choice nor is the right place for him.
I think LSU is. He can go there and compete with Anthony Jennings for the starter role next year.
I think he would be behind NM next year and then have to compete with JJ and possibly White in two years...that doesnt sound like what he wants.

No. You got ridiculed because you made the assumption that everyone here thinks Harris is an LSU lock and it was up to you to set us straight. That was a faulty assumption and people here are just letting you know.

Chillz. It's all part of the game.
If you want to follow recruiting, you got to be in the game. Trying to decipher what a kid says to a school reporter is part of it.
