WTF?!? 1985 means his mother is 27 years old. Assuming Bower is 17, did she give birth to him when she was 10 years old?

His birthdate is listed as Born February 18, 1995.
I think there's an error somewhere. Unlikely that mother and son were born 10 years apart on the same day.
