Not suprising considering the depth ahead of him. Miles is probably making some room for three more 5 star players.

I think he must have been told that Jeremy Hill is committing - I think that has been the deal-breaker all along.

Why is everyone in love with Hill? Borque can take it the distance every play, and we don't currently have one of those guys. We have a Hill clone for at least the next 2 years already.

Borque just flat out was not that good anyway.

watching that recruitment series on Jamaruia Rasco, i dont see how anyone can think that Davante Bourque is an LSU type of recruit. He's a trashball. He'll get his shot somewhere else, I hope for his sake he doesnt piss it away. HE would have never played RB at LSU, and he probably knew that. He was bound to change position. Good luck to him

I think Ford & maybe Magee would qualify as RB's who can take it the distance--but about Bourque, as I have said many times before, and like the recruiting cliche goes, "You can't get 'em all," but the reward may be a higher rated recruit (like Howard) may declare for the Tigers on or before NSD.

I am not going to pass judgement on how good Bourque would be. But we just don't need his skill set considering the players we have and the players we are getting. I think it opens up a spot for this late surge in recruiting.

Please don't think or say this kind of bs. He'll start somewhere else.

He is a legit player. It's too bad we can't take them all.

Yea at Running Back for a lesser school or WR for a great school.

He's one of those players- could be a RB, WR, Safety, perhaps even a LB in the future, good ball skills. He just doesn't want to think about moving to another position right now. I respect that, but recognize a certain character flaw in it.

We have guys like Ferguson, Hilliard, Shepard just a number of players who have stepped up and said, "I want to help the team in any way I can" - that's why we're 13-0 right now, not because of kids we didn't get.

Funny how recruits who de-commit suddenly become not so great players.

“A lot of other schools, the things they were telling me, I would believe them, but then I’d go on a sports website and see them saying the total opposite,” Bourque said. “From what I’m seeing, Tennessee is the only school that’s being honest with me.”

Didn't know Patterson was considered S. Plaquemines. All this time I tout it was in St. Math Parish.
