Obviously people think Hurley is going to pass up Collins eventually. Hurley is redshirting this year and is very young after reclassifying.

Speaking from a recruiting rankings perspective, Hurley wasn't rated in the Top 300 on any of the 4 main recruiting services. At least, Collins was on 3 of them. That's all I can go off of at this point.
