This one was tough. It really had me mad as heck at Orgeron. If you’ve never read the ESPN the magazine article about his recruitment, you should. Orgeron was at Ole Miss and wanted McKnight terribly bad. However, he couldn’t convince him to come to Oxford and was scared to death of LSU getting him. So, he called Pete Carroll up to take a shot as the bright lights at USC might pull him away from LSU. So basically, O recruited him away from LSU. Smart move, but I hated him for at the time.

Same here. Everyone hates Moses but Moses stated he would have gone to LSU if Miles was the Head coach...

Who was the DLine recruit that committed to Bama and then Saban tried to greyshirt him so he bailed to Arkansas at the 11th hour? Pretty sure he's in the NFL now. Also, Alex Collins (RB) had a kind of wild recruiting ride that involved Miami, Alabama, and ultimately ended up at Arkansas as well. Then there was Dhaquille Williams (I know I murdered the spelling) that wound up at Auburn when we all thought he would be LSU.
Also, pretty much 90% of the kids recruited in the Amite area over the past decade have been a total crapshow, all thanks to the Bama Barber.
