Flip watch for LSU commits? | Another ELITE QB visits Baton Rouge | LSU Football Recruiting

-Two of the biggest players to watch for the 2024 class visited this week.





-Getting Trey'Dez back on campus is huge. Shea says he is all of 6'5 225 and looks like a basketball player.

-#2 TE ranked in the country. LSU has Galloway committed and want multiple and continue offer TE's across the country. Already have two RPM picks for him. Shea would have his higher than 65%. He can go to LSU practice at any time. High priority for LSU.

-Billy commits to making a RPM pick.

-Green will need to develop as a blocker but his frame separates him from what they have in the 2023 TE class.

-Some services show him as the #1 player in Louisiana

-Billy talking about Bryant Wesco sits in position to be a 5* for On3. Makes the argurment that he will be. Dominated UA in Dallas two weeks ago.

- Remember he has LSU ties

-LSU turning up the heat on him and. Shea telling us why they're needing to go after him.

-LA gives LSU WR guys but right now it's 10 months from signing day and only WR in the state has an offer in Koby Cross. Your only WR commit is from Georgia. (JoJo Stone)

-Go into Texas, Florida and the south for WR's. The Southeast will give you all you need and more. No need to go national.

-Wesco 6'2 170. Naturally thin framed but not an issue for Shea. Plays in flex bone offense. HC makes the decision to get Wesco involved and he goes for 1200 yards and 14 TD's.

-Houston was the hot bed for LSU. LSU alumni base in Dallas is catching up to Houston. Shea mentions starting to hit DFW more.

-Listener base outside of Baton Rouge is Dallas. LSU making DFW a priority now. Collin Simmons!

-His recruitment is starting to blow up. LSU has a really good chance to land him. Should get an official from him

-OU, TCU, LSU would be the top three right now. #6 WR for On3.

-The one WR that Billy feels good about WR is Jelani Watkins. One of the fastest guys in the country. Top 3 guy in Texas for the 100m.



-Plays at Klein Forest in Houston. He's been on campus silently about 4 times.

-LSU is pushing for him. Billy feels good about him and he is a silent recruit. Doesn't talk much but LSU sits in a great spot.

-10.21, 10.35 wind aided 100m into a head wind. 21 flat 200.

-He would be the next in line behind Aaron Anderson if he came into the class.

-Shea believes that they will get Koby Young. Watkins would have been Shea's pick.



-Another name is Cam Coleman who is Collin Hurley's 7 on7 team mate. LSU will get an official from him.



-Another name at WR is Aeryn Hampton ( I really personally want from East Texas). He's been committed to a couple schools already though.



-LSU has a lot of WR offers out there so no panic button from Shea. But he doesn't see LSU really leading for any of the guys but it's still early. Getting official visits is the main key.

-Another name to look at that On3 is really high on is Ashton Bethel-Roman. Mom ran track at LSU. Dad played football at LSU. Dad is Mark Roman.



-Cortez Hankton is recruiting a bunch of guys where LSU feels like they have a fighting chance for these guys.

-Billy talking about a battle between LSU & &M with Dre'lon Miller. Has visited both schools a lot. Tigers trying their hardest to land this guy.

-He's about three hours away from both College Station & Baton Rouge.



-Shea not worried about the WR class because LSU always has talent. More curious about who they will be more than anything.

-2025 QB George MacIntyre is one of two QB's LSU has offered. He has visited for the Bama game. Was in town for the 7 on 7 in NOLA.



-LSU doing a great job with him and Bryce Underwood. Getting MacIntyre on campus so many times is a great thing.

-LSU QB room is looking bright. Going all out for these two to start. Shea likes the strategy of prioritizing these two guys right after their sophomore seasons.

-11 commits and a top 10 class currently.

-Any worries about flips Shea asks? Shea says LSU still sitting great with Xavier Atkins.

-Billy says Atkins is visiting A&M this weekend for a return visit. Aggies pushing him hard. There is worry but he gets the sense that he is always going to talk good about schools when he visits.

-He's gone back to LSU. Watch more closely what he does in April. Does he come back to LSU to watch practice? If he spreads his wings to take other visits you can see concern.

-Zion Ferguson is one to watch. JoJo Stone is going to take his visits but says LSU has the best bond he's going to continue to visit LSU.

-Billy could see Zion Ferguson flipping to Auburn and wouldn't be shocked.

-Tavyion Galloway has ramped up on twitter with his support of LSU and going after recruits.
