-Shea's in state heat check starts with Joel Rogers. Says this is a guy who he feels ends up in this class.



-He's the #4 ranked player in the state per On3. He's been to a lot of practices and spent time with Major Burns.

-offered right after his junior year. Look for LSU to take 3 S's in this class.


Billy's heat check is on Dashawn McBryde




-Can play S or LB and will be decided when he hits campus.

-You need guys like him who can play both moving down into the box. Could rise up the ranks his senior year. Right down the road and will land him at some point. Safe bet.

-Going outside the state for a heat tracker up


-Shea goes out of state with Charleston Collins. Playing it safe again with this pick.



-Has been to campus as any out of state defensive lineman. Camps, games and practices. 6'4 250 worked out at camp.

-Expects when LSU hires their next D-line coach to make him a priority. Gets back on campus a few more times and then shuts things down for his senior year.

-Billy's heat tracker going out of state is with Weston Davis.



-Feels like Brad Davis has really made inroads with. Has visited campus multiple times. LSU offered early. Short drive from Beaumont to BR.

-Bama currently leading then you have A&M and LSU. Plays basketball as well so no visits this spring. Unable to attend Jr day because of a tournament.

-Look for LSU to schedule an official visit. Continue to monitor this one.

-One of the first names mentioned out the class early on. Location can help with his recruitment.

-Couple names to watch for LSU to look out for.

-Shea says that they will take 3 Safeties this year. Look for them to lock up Joel Rogers & Dashawn McBryde.





Ka'Davion Dotson-Walker will be on campus this weekend.

Collin Simmons is going to take his time and his recruitment will be drawn out. Lots of visits

-The two Duncanville prospects are coming into town this weekend. Not expecting Colin Simmons in this weekend.





LSU has offered Caden Durham in track and OU just offered in track as well last week. His mom ran track at OU. LSU is trying but most think he will end up at OU. Former teammate Savion Byrd there and Demarco Murray at RB coach.

-LSU is not Caden Durham or bust. Only 8 RB's have been offered in this class. Frank being super selective. He knows he has James Simon and Harlem Berry for 2025.

-Other RB prospects have their senior year to watch. Billy mentions that East Texas own J'Koby Williams could be a name to watch.
