Yeah it would be terrible to have Dugas and Gervase back. Idiot

Hopefully none. We need a reboot.

You wouldn't want Dugas back if he wants to come back? What about Gervase or Collins? That's a pretty ridiculous statement.

Just to make sure everyone knows which population of players is being asked about:

Drew Bianco
Jason Bollman
Gavin Dugas
Giovanni DiGiacomo
Paul Gervase
Bryce Collins
Cade Beloso

At this point, Beloso is trying to return. Dugas has had conversations about returning. Nothing is known about any of the others. Gervase could be a draft risk. Collins probably has a little more to prove before being a draft risk.

Gervase is gone. That was always his plan.

I really think Gervase will be back.

What's the story with Jason Bollman?

Drew Bianco - I would really like to see him get into coaching. He's a great super utility guy with no roster limitations but I'm not sure if he'll be worth a roster spot. I think the best case scenario is he tries out again next fall and if he doesn't make it, he stays on as a grad assistant.

Gavin Dugas - I think he'll return and I think everyone related to LSU should want him to return.

Giovanni DiGiacomo - I don't think he'll ever play here again. I think he should find a great program to play at. He could be a very good center fielder for many teams, even some other major conference teams. He could potentially be an all-conference type player.

Paul Gervase - I think he'll get drafted in a spot that allows him to sign.

Bryce Collins - I think he'll return. He hasn't shown enough to get drafted high but he's shown enough for everyone involved to think he could potentially develop into a top 10 round pick.

Cade Beloso - I really don't know. I'm sure he wants to return. I just don't see him ever playing here again. Also, if he isn't going to be your full time DH then he has very little positional value unlike Bianco. Much like Gio, I don't think he's played enough baseball to just end his career. I think he should pick whatever in-state school he likes the best and go be their starting first baseman.

Dugas, Gervase, Collins, and Beloso welcome back. I want the best for Beloso, I’m not sure what a return looks like for him though. I think Collins is a RS Sophomore and he should definitely be back.

He was in the same HS class as Dugas, so this is his 4th year in college. Between his TJ and COVID, I may have gotten his classification wrong.

Injury. Seems to be pretty animated in the dugout and enjoying his time here despite the injury.

Beloso sent me this on twitter a while back when I had commented on a tweet from Leah Vann talking about his surgery. I asked her if he had any eligibility left and then he sent me this DM
