Live Oak has a lot of young talent coming up.........and they aren't a bad baseball school.
Just happen to play in the toughest district in the state the last 3 years.
They did split with Catholic High this year though......

From what I've heard that was a 100% fluke game. My cousin told me Achord ran their arse for hours as punishment for playing so shitty against Live Oak.

I was at the second game at CHS. CHS dominated, I think LOHS was their only district loss. Sciambra hit one of the longes HR's i saw all year in that game... cleared the flag poles in center

I know Lenni Kunert is dating a girl from Live Oak and that is why he is going there. He also said he is interested in going to college out of state. Give him 3 years and watch out!

The kid is in 8th grade.... I doubt he has had any real plans for college or going out of state... this thread is about 2 years too early

Got a cousin that plays on one of the teams. They were in Tuscaloosa this week. I think East Cobb is around the 18th. Pretty good baseball at these tournaments. If any of you are nearby I suggest you go to one. Give you a chance to see some guys that will be playing in the CWS in 4 years.

The elite teams are really good but if you really want to look for a Great team watch whenever you see Terror Baseball or the Banditos from Texas. Terror although they are based from Thib. they have players from all over the state and the Banditos are a national team. And some the the Elite teams are also a statewide thing. I know the 11 Major team has a few from the lafayette area.
