Preferred walk-ons have a spot on the 105 man team, but do they have a spot the next season as well or do they have to tryout?

No he didn't. Northwestern LA talked to him late in the process. Had he received a D-I offer, he would have taken it....trust me! I do not see him ever seeing the field at LSU, although I respect a kid who walks-on at the school he loves and wish him the best.

I like his chances. I think Miles wanted a good 2nd string QB that will be here 5 years maybe 6 and maybe 1st string his last year here. He is big and has a good strong arm.

Wrong. Northwestern St. is I-AA, not I-A, and is in the Southland conference with southeastern, mcneese, nichols, etc. Ark St and ULL did not offer Bailey. Some say UAB did late. the I-A schools in LA are LSU, ULL, ULM, Tulane and LA Tech...that is all.
