How did he make a bad decision? The goal for a juco guy is to get playing time and make the most of it. He WAS the offense for his team this year. There's no telling what kind of impact he could have had here, but a shitty record isn't exactly going to make NFL teams pass on him.

Any One of the many Mormon players we recruited that chose BYU instead.

He would have scored 25 TDs a year playing QB at Michigan or Oregon.

Instead came to LSU where he played just about everything but QB after falling for a lie.

People keep saying this, however Chip Kelly's first season at Oregon was Shep's freshman year at LSU. How was he supposed to envision the type of offense that Oregon has become so famous for?
