The guys in 2018 and 2019 he offered in Tennessee before he left and JaCoby Stevens in this class are the ones that come to mind

Well If USC and or the AD/new AD or whoever is n charge couldn't see what they were getting with Austin then if I were a USC fan I wouldn't feel too confident about the direction.

A lot.
Runs the recruiting board. Organizes and reports pretty much everything and everyone. Finds talent at younger age than most. Talks to coaches and other influential people. Honestly, it's a job very few could handle.
