Cool. Seems like he’s going out of his way to make himself a topic of discussion bc his talent alone isn’t much of discussion starter.

His evident insecurity must stem from either not being pursued by LSU or lack of confidence in himself in general.

Hope he grows up and becomes a better person. Football won’t last forever.

Don’t forget Iverson Celestine

Both are great junior backs

If going out of state is a priority for him, happy trails.

I'm interested to see how he progresses this year and next year. Currently a three star. Could improve.

He didn’t say anything offensive.

There’s no reason to take shots at the guy.

And he does have the measurables and looking at him getting off the bus, he looks great.

But for some reason, that doesn’t completely translate to what you see when he carries the ball (imo)

Coaching in Orleans Parish Public Schools has been described as “leaves something to be desired” for decades. Your opinion is probably spot on.

I have a very high opinion of his head coach, Jerry Phillips.

Maybe he’s just a little too patient running behind Van Pran.

I can’t put my finger on it specifically. The best way I can describe it is it’s the opposite of how Sony Michel ran at Georgia.

Recruiting more talented WRs (than Tyron) and getting buried in the depth chart?

Stop just making shite up.

First off, he played as a true freshman on a team that featured Chark, Dural, Diarse, Dupree, and Quinn, so he obviously wasn’t bad. He was the state’s #1 recruit and the #5 WR nationally.

According to Tyron’s father, his reason for transferring was “to play in a more ‘wide open offense.’” LINK

I agree that LSU didn’t “screw” him, though. If he’d been here now, rather than in 2015, he wouldn’t transfer out. I still think he’s got the goods and am a fan. I hope he and his 4.36 speed light it up with the Bills.

Tyron Johnson had a bad attitude and a shite work ethic from every report I’ve seen

Just didn’t jive with Craig

Then Craig didn’t jive with O haha

If that’s true, then I like Tyron even more. Craig can go frick himself. I can’t wait to stomp him and A&M this year. I’m already printing the cups.

There is always the option of Clayton being offered as a walk-on or go play for Les at Kansas!

Are you saying he can improve because you see something on his film or because you see he is a 3 star?

Tyron Johnson was at an Easton practice saying how LSU wasn't a good choice for him, implying that he was done wrong.
This was on screen as part of the QB1 show Netflix when Lance Legendre was still at Easton.
It all came off as pouty to me by Johnson, but I can see a younger teammate looking up to Johnson and being influenced by it

Utah is all over Celestine, working to build a relationship.

They know how good he can be.
