He was NOT the best player in the state for 2011, but he is very good.

Will be interesting if A&M is still recruiting him hard. He was a target of Sherman and they were helping him through JuCo, but I'm not sure if Sumlin is going after him.

Kind of strange his name isn't making a lot of noise, especially if he has a B average and the grades are fine

A lot of people think he was the best in the state in 2011. It isn't just something that a few said. A ton of very respected people thought so. Even Shea said that Williams was the best player he saw in 2011. Personally Anthony Johnson was #1 for me but Williams is a legit big time talent.

It's not grades. It's his attitude.

1.Williams
2.Freak
3.Collins
4.Landry
5.Hilliard

That was my list after seeing them all play. It's amazing how hush hush Williams recruitment was due to everyone close knowing he had no shot at qualifying. To many other big fish over shadowed him bc of this. Any other year we would of been screaming for the next "randy moss" type player.

Yeah. Disrespect, fights, lack of motivation to get the grades up. Just a number of things that would make you want to pull your hair out knowing he could be a star. But as far as legal trouble, I'm not sure.

That sucks, maybe he's matured a little by now.

Williams was the best player in the state especially on offense and it really wasn't that close.

I seriously doubt he is anywhere near qualifying. He hasn't been at Gulf Coast the entire time and in fact this is the only time I've seen him mentioned there since he was kicked out last Spring.

I'm with you. Something has to be up with him. Gulf coast is a big time Juco so you think you would have heard about his numbers during the season

He got booted for fighting from Gulf Coast according to some sources(can't remember exactly which guy said it) and went to a prep/community college type thing in Texas. After that I have no clue where he went.

I agree about the impossible to qualify really putting a damper on his hype in his sr year but Barton Simmons had him in the 247 even knowing he had no shot to qualify. That speaks to how highly he thought of Williams.

There are spelling errors but the guy can't speak plain English.

quote:

What are somethings that D'haquille is looking at before making his determination for college?

How about just saying choice instead of determination until we get simple shite like some things right?

quote:

Some people may not understand how you and Alonzo Lewis are so close, can you better explain that?

How about leaving the word better out of this sentence?

quote:

If LSU shows the ability to pass more on offense this year, will that help you in leaning towards LSU?

Change it to:
Would you be more likely to pick LSU if they show more ability to pass this year?

quote:

Alonzo Lewis may have more to do with D'haquille in which school he attends when the dust settles.

Change to:
When the dust settles, Lewis may have more to do with where Williams goes.

quote:

We shall keep you updated, and TSW is awaiting Williams' highlight film to show his talents last year as he dominated every corner he faced.

Change to:
Look for more Williams updates on TSW. We should have his highlights up soon. (The ones of him, "Dominating every corner he faced").

GJ's daddy must have been a preacher. He tries to make things more complicated than they need to be.

Southeast Prep Academy

He was on their 2011 roster. That roster is no longer available. The 2012 roster is currently void of any names. If he plays there this year, I assume his name will be there at some point.

Here is the last post I remember about him here. It's the one where Freek met his uncle.

He was definitely the best WR in '11.. and seeing what OBJ and Jarvis are capable of.. that's saying a lot.
