I agree, I'm still heart broken over Davis, but Boone and WIlliams is almost equal to Davis and Hunter.
Because Williams bleeds purple and gold?

WIlliams is IMO the sleeper of this class. There isn't a DB in the country that can compete for a jump ball in the endzone with him. Also, I hope he is running up the middle on FG to block. at 6'3" with a 41" vertical that dude can straight float. If his hands are there and he learns some disciplined route running, he could be a serious threat at WR.

fastest ive ever heard him run was a 4.5 something and thats it

Combined with great athleticism and decent hands that'll give him a shot at being something special in the SEC. People who don't think 4.6 and under is fast enough to play WR in the SEC are ignorant.

Glad to see another kid from my alma mater get a chance, they often get over looked but could make some really good players if given the opportunity, just like Matt Forte.

Boone blew his ACL 2 years ago. The following year (jr season) was the year he damn near beat Pahokee by himself. If he stays healthy skys the limit

With some expert coaching it would not surprise me to see him jumbing 7'.

I hope that he drops track and concentrates on football at the college level.

High jumpers and wide receivers really need two different body types, if he stays lean to high jump his body will not have the mass needed to take the punishment to play big in the middle of the field.

I hope he concentrates on bulking up to catch the ball and hit defensive backs instead of defensive backs breaking him in half.

He's 110% LSU football. If they don't want him to do track, I'm pretty sure he'll listen.

Dont worry about those other guys who didn't come, it's high school stats and measurables you guys are comparing. Many kids mature faster thatn others and many never get any better while the rest catch them and past them with hard work, dedication, and natural growth.

I always think twice when we talk about the ones that are so strong as high school seniors. It makes them grade so much higher, but we are maybe comparing them to another who hasn't had the growth/developement spurt yet, so it is hard to figure which one will get better. Tough job for recruiters.

If they are even close, we want the ones that BLEED LSU!
