A&M has Jordan Richmond verbally committed already. Dalton Santos is committed to Okie St but is expected to flip very soon. The Ags feel very confidnet that they will land 2 or 3 out of Tim Cole, Lorenzo Phillips, Devall, Peter Jenkins and Tech commit Derik David (brother is an Ag but he's a grade risk).

Cole, Phillips (and his family), and Devall have all said that A&M is currently at the top of their list. So much so that we seem to be slow playing Peter Jinkens

Of course, we have no history of beating LSU head to head for Louisiana recruits since Bucky Richardson and Billy Cannon Jr so to say the least I'm interested in how this develops

Devon Breaux may get an offer at some point. Some think he's a wr but i feel corner is where he fits at LSU.Batiste is a sure offer imo.

I think Breaux is beginning to realize that CB is where all the colleges want him

Cooper better stay on Jordan, or LSU has no shot. As of now he is all TA&M

I don't think Jordan Richmond, who's already committed, goes anywhere. He has been all Aggie, all the way. He shut it down just as the offers started rolling in. He was offered by Stanford, Arizona, and Arkansas recently.

Now the Ags REALLY want Devall. He is our top target to replace Von Miller. He is perfect for our joker role. We want Phillips for the other Drop OLB spot.

We don't do strong side and weak side by the offense. We have field side and the short side and it's determined by which hash the ball is on. Von Miller played short side. Our Joker position that is almost a hybrid DE/OLB. That's where we want Devall. Sean Porter currently plays Drop OLB on the field side. This OLB has more coverage responsibility with length and range. That's where we want Lorenzo Phillips.

I think we get Devall but Phillips wanted to commit before LSU picked up the heat. Now it will be interesting. As of now A&M still leads but 10 months is a long time for the home team to change his mind

He was talking about Jordan Batiste. No worries there I don't believe.Cooper wants him and Cooper usually gets who he wants.I think Devall will end up at TAM or somewhere else.Phillips is the priority and the staff is showing him lots of love. He's taking his time and not rushing it seems and to me that spells doom for TAM.They were really hoping he commited before LSU got in on him hard and now that's happened. This one appears to be turning LSU's way and is headed for the home stretch where LSU will begin to pull away.

Are you guys talking about the Devall from West Monroe that is really high on Texas A&M?
If so, that would be crazy to lose a West Monroe guy. I hope there is another Devall that I am not aware of.

Did Devall transfer to WM? Because I thought he played for Bastrop.
